Confidentiality of Your Username and Password
Your username/password is for your own personal use and is not transferable and can not be shared by you or given to anyone for any reason. Please create your username and password so that it is difficult to guess by another person(s). Recurring Billing
You are responsible for any and all fixed and accumulative charges for your membership subscription. The first month billing (or other available billing period selected) is due upon membership activation. Each month (or other billing period selected), on the date of the initial application, the account will be charged the monthly access fee unless you have cancelled your recurring billing feature. Failure to use this account(s) does not relieve the user of payment obligations. Credit Card customers agree to allow Plan B Productions, LLC / RandallRivero.Com to bill such card on each successive billing date automatically after the initial charge and account setup. User agrees to allow Plan B Productions, LLC / RandallRivero.Com to make the automatic monthly charge without separate authorization from the account holder. If you have signed up for recurring billing and wish to discontinue this service feature, please visit http://www.ccbill.com/ or Epoch to prevent any future rebillings. (You are required to provide the same information you provided during your join process.)
Your Credit Card Information / Fraud
Payment for your subscription or service to this site provided to you at or through the Site may be made by automatic credit card or debit card (or on-line check) and you hereby authorize the Site's authorized payment processing agent, CCBill or Epoch, to transact such payments for you. You agree not to report as lost or stolen any credit card / debit card which you have used in your sign-up process to this Site, or as unauthorized any charges by the Site, for subscription or service, for which you do not have reason to believe is in fact lost, stolen or unauthorized. You hereby agree that any such fraudulent reporting of a lost or stolen credit card used to obtain subscription or services for the Site, or any other fraudulent reporting of an unauthorized charge to the Site on your credit card which has been made by you or anyone under your authority, at a time when a charge or other obligation for payment to the Site remains outstanding at the time of such fraudulent reporting, you shall be liable to the Site for liquidated damages of $25,000.00.

Agreement and Acceptance of Membership Terms and Conditions
This Agreement is entered into in the State of Florida and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, exclusive of its choice of law rules. In the event that any portion of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable portion shall be construed in accordance with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties and the remainder of the provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and all provisions of these Terms and Conditions which operate to protect the rights of Plan B Productions, LLC / RandallRivero.Com shall continue in force even in the event of termination of these Terms and Conditions on other grounds. Plan B Productions, LLC / RandallRivero.Com's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto pertaining to the subject matter hereof, and any and all written or oral agreements heretofore existing between the parties hereto are expressly cancelled. Plan B Productions, LLC, / RandallRivero.Com may modify the terms of this Agreement by posting notice of such modification on a page of the Site entitled "Term and Conditions" (or similar title) before the modification takes effect. By the use of a RandallRivero.Com account the User accepts the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
